Getting here

The gallery is located in the St Kilda Road precinct a short tram ride from Melbourne’s CBD. Take trams 3/3a/16/64/67 south to Stop 29, Union Street.

Parking is available on St Kilda Road and surrounds. The gallery is located on the ground floor of 620 St Kilda Road and accessed via the main foyer and rear foyer doors.

Access: There is ramp access leading to the foyer from the street. There are two sets of doors to open. Please contact us if you have specific access requirements and we will facilitate your visit.

Alta Forma welcomes student and other group visits, please email to make an appointment.

Opening hours

The gallery is open Wednesday to Friday 11am to 3pm and Saturday 12pm to 3pm. We are also open by appointment. Please check our website and socials for changes to operating hours.
